Solar X, a rapidly growing electrical contracting company, is hiring a Full-Time Administrator! This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone eager to grow within a fast-paced solar, roofing, and electrical company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Communicate with clients and manage scheduling
– Support client retention and customer service efforts
– Perform administrative tasks and maintain CRM & Excel data
– Assist our construction and estimating departments
– Provide office support for ongoing construction projects
– Coordinate marketing initiatives (paid training provided)
– Answer phones with professionalism and care
– Flexibility to handle miscellaneous office tasks as needed
– Manage subcontractor relationships

What We’re Looking For:
– Excellent verbal communication & customer service skills
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
– Based in NJ – this is an in-office role
