Our experts can diagnose many system issues without an on-site visit. We’ll review your monitoring data, identify the root cause, and guide you on next steps. If a technician visit is needed, we’ll schedule it right away often the same day for members.
How fast are response times for each plan?

Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, you can adjust your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades begin at your next billing cycle. For downgrades, if annual service is provided members are responsible for the balance of the 1st year cost from time of cancellation.
Is monitoring always active?
Yes. As long as your membership is active, your system remains connected to EnergyAid’s monitoring platform. Our team will notify you if we detect performance issues, outages, or alerts, including loss of connectivity.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. If no services have been provided during your term, there’s no penalty. If services were performed for qualifying plans, you’ll simply pay the remaining balance for the annual cost or the regular service rate for any completed panel cleaning and tune up work.
Do you help with warranty claims?
Yes. Most manufacturers carry warranties ranging from 7-25 years. A certified Solar X LLC technician can assist with any system diagnostics and help process warranty claims if applicable with the manufacturer(s).

Legal Terms and Conditions
Restrictions apply; membership includes a $99 non-refundable activation fee, renews month-to-month, and may be canceled anytime. Premium ($29) and Elite ($49) plans include routine maintenance and carry a $250 cancellation fee if canceled within six (6) months of receiving maintenance service. Discounts include 10% off repairs and upgrades (excluding inspection and diagnostic fees) and 5% off new system installations or expansions. Not all issues can be fixed remotely, and additional site visits may require a trip charge. Membership applies to one property only.
